Following up from the previous post, I mentioned that my in law had come over for dinner and after party on the 26th December. The after party abruptly stop at 11:45pm when everyone had to 'suddenly' leave.At midnight, the doorbell rang and as I opened it, everyone was there again, this time with a cake singing "Happy Birthday". I thought it was so sweet of them to spring this little surprise on me. Very very thoughtful indeed :-)
In the afternoon, hubby dearest and I had plans! We checked in at Palace of the Golden Horses; the same place we had our wedding reception! There was a couple spa appointment too good to miss, and a candle light dinner waiting for us!
We had time to sit by the lounge and enjoy a Malibu Pineapple while listening to the fantastic liver band before retreating to our room for champagne and a good movie!
